Key Steps:

1) Discover where your start point to become a B Corp.

2) Meet the B Corp Foundation Requirements:

  • Be legally incorporated, in operation for at least 12 months, comply with local and national laws.

  • Commit to Stakeholder Governance by adopting the B Corp Legal accountability requirement and sign the B Corp Declaration of Interdependence.

  • Conduct a Risk Assessment using B Lab’s risk profiling tool to determine the number of additional due-diligence sub-requirements to meet.

2) Submit your B Impact Assessment · BIA for review and pay the Certification fees based on your revenue.

3) Exhibit transparency thanks to the B Corp Directory!
